Dutzendteich is the largest park in Nuremberg located in the southeast of Nuremberg.
Already in the 17th century, the Dutzendteich became a destination for trips and people spent their free time here, going on trips and sitting in pubs. All this lasted until 1933, when the whole area was taken over by comrades from the NSDAP and until 1938, they held meetings of the Nazi party here.
After the end of the Second World War, this area began to serve again as a trip spot. So, the Nazis no longer walk here, nor does uncle Adolf proclaim his wisdom here, but normal people just walk here and enjoy their free time. Only various monumental buildings remain here as an unwanted legacy.
